Growth requires change.

To grow as a person requires you to make conscious and intentional changes in your mindset, in your daily routines, your habits, your relationships…

Of course, growth is a choice. You can very easily (almost too easily) continue repeating the same patterns every single day - and if those are serving you, great! Don't change a thing!

If, however, there's a gap between the life you want to live, and the one you're currently living…the bridge between those two lives is growth.
