There’s probably a decision in your life you’ve been thinking about for longer than you’d like to admit… |
Maybe it’s about your career. |
Your business. |
A relationship. |
Your health. |
The direction your life is going. |
And chances are…you don’t actually need more information. |
You’ve already thought about it enough. |
You’ve run through all of the scenarios. |
You’ve asked the people you trust. |
You may have even convinced yourself that you’re still “figuring it out.” |
But, sometimes we keep gathering information because making the decision would force us to act… |
And then that action changes things. |
This is one of the strange problems that comes with being capable and successful: |
You can become exceptionally good at explaining why staying where you are “makes sense.” |
But…that doesn’t mean it’s the right choice. |
Sometimes the most valuable thing you can have is someone outside of the situation who can challenge your assumptions, ask the questions nobody else is asking, provide accountability, and tell you what they actually see. |
Not someone who makes the decision for you, but someone who helps you see clearly enough to make it yourself. |
That’s a large part of the work I do privately with clients. |
