Your friend encourages you to drink more if possible since eating more is not something that will go unnoticed. If you are struggling, your friend will do the same so you can always get more.

After an initial call with the state's governor, State Health Superintendent Mary Ann Williams (R) has issued recommendations about how to reduce exposure to arsenic and arsenic-containing air and drinking water. The recommendations also include an estimated $45 million in funds for local health departments that will be used for an overall statewide health-monitoring program.
The report notes, however, that some areas may be more difficult to detect because of recent studies that showed levels in drinking water that could cause acute poisoning are much higher than previously reported. The state's lead levels have not been measured in the state's drinking water since 1997, the state Health Department says.
It concluded that the state's drinking water system needs some reassurance from new health-monitoring centers to improve its compliance with the federal guideline, said the inspector general's report, which was sent to the governor's office.
