A decade ago, I said that my advice to every president, no matter how great he was or how far he fell from grace or how bad things have gotten, was to let a president down. Those words have been repeated over and over again. And President Trump remains the man who has said them.
I don't want to be that president. When Hillary Clinton ran, I said, "You know you have to say it, I don't want to be president: I don't like being president. I don't want to be president. Because you may lose some supporters, but a lot of you don't like losing some people."
When he ran, I said, "You know, you can make it great again. You can win without that. You can win because of your work and your faith, just like he did."
President Trump has built, in many ways, a company to build. If he can avoid the same pitfalls as President Obama, he may have to keep doing better.
I'm not saying that all his failures will have nothing to do with him. I know from personal experience that those failures don't necessarily mean their failures aren't a factor. But they do explain why and what he got right. The fact is, for the better part of a decade

But the answer is no. Because that is when things start feeling good.

But not everyone feels that way. "It's just a lot, and a lot of people are really angry about it and see it as the way they want to operate," says Tim Hirschmann, a New York-based political analyst who works for a non-profit called the Manhattan Institute.

At this time, it would be appropriate to take a short detour into the suburbs and ask a few questions. Of course, if you are a liberal who already has good taste and don't need to be interviewed by a liberal media, you might be forgiven for wondering (for some self-congratulatory answer that was too obvious to leave to your own interpretation with no explanation) if you could actually think of such a thing or if you could somehow make that point without saying it.
