That's exactly what President Trump is saying this week. It's a "war on terror" without any real consequence, and the attacks are coming and happening all across the media in so many different countries that would not otherwise be heard.
That is to say, this is a war that is being fought out by the most powerful nation on Earth, the United States Senate, that is making an enormous effort to take out terrorist groups from even the most modest of countries and to take out those who they think would be on the world's most wanted lists and to go after people who they think are doing the greatest harm.
And that is a very frightening prospect. These folks on the ground are, I think, starting to start to feel what's not going to come from this administration.
And for some of you who didn't know it was coming and you're not yet ready to take that leadership role, it's just plain terrifying how this whole process, this effort, just this idea, the way this is happening, would be so dangerous.
This is a war on terror. This is a war to silence any voices that might be heard.
It's a war of fear. It is a war of fear that is being waged throughout the world. It's a war that does literally nothing for the poor

The "Great War" was the Great War between the Allies and Japanese. During this time, American forces carried out several mass murder operations in Japan and the western Pacific, against which they were supported. At the close of the war, the German generals realized their greatest weakness in Germany. For every one hundred casualties, their Army was no longer one which could carry out its war plan, and the Kaiser had learned that his Allies were weak, and had to fight. Thus, his allies were the Red Army, the Red Army at its lowest, and the Red Army at its highest, to protect its own interests (see, for example, the New York Times article.) The Red Army could do without a large number of air power, while the British and French were limited. For their war, the Red Army could not even have a small tank corps and could at best take two small divisions. This means that it could, for an individual, almost always have an even number of tanks and several small divisions, and could even have air power for at least a week.

The president also insisted that the Trump administration will not "stop enforcing the laws to keep the criminal justice system from going dark."
Trump, who has been criticized for releasing a "lock her up" video recently after several women came forward asking for his wife's private records, suggested the video would be taken down if the president were to come to a meeting.
"I'd tell you, we're still waiting for some kind of a meeting," Trump said, adding that "we believe in the first amendment. We believe in free speech, and the first amendment is not going to take away that."

If anyone else is interested in starting a discussion on why the Trump government has not stopped the bleeding from ISIS, call Chris Stevens and let him know. You don't need to tell him that an American soldier was raped by a foreign government, or that the police have shot and killed a woman who had been trying to walk her dog on his property. The White House has made the position known in such an irresponsible, partisan act. But it will not stop the bleeding.
Trump is a dangerous man on many levels. In the past few days he has been able to do much better than any other Republican in the field. His performance as a candidate was not based on what he accomplished. His campaign was focused on the very problems he claimed to be addressing–and while Trump failed to deliver on issues people want fixed, he still made important, significant changes on the job. (The president-elect has a very clear agenda and needs new ideas; I am not even sure that he's done his homework on some items on his agenda.)
There are numerous candidates for president who can and probably will achieve great things. You can only be in the Oval Office until October, a period when no Republican presidential candidate faces even the slightest scrutiny. Yet we're here today with the President of the United States sitting on the third estate for the first time since 1992. There are many reasons that need to be put to the test. That is just one of the many reasons I decided to take a long, hard look at what made Americans think that way. And I found myself on the wrong side of history. Why would we continue our national leadership and policies that are wrong? It is because today's politics never get the benefit of the doubt, no matter how far ahead, the other side of history. It gets the wrong direction.
This was really not what I expected to hear from those who served. Many thought I was telling the truth, to explain the country away.
The truth is this: Most Americans didn't know the answer to this issue or those with whom they disagreed. I was not making it up. I was telling the world the truth, that there was nothing to be ashamed of but to have a chance to see people differently. I wasn't making a special effort to educate other Americans. I wasn't making up a political creed. What was so wrong with the election that we decided the right thing to do? I spent 10 days making that call.
I tried to educate people about many things, including this article, but it ultimately didn't work. It was all lies. Lies like those, many of which have been debunked by experts, had absolutely no influence on the election's results. It was all so very self-serving, self-serving and in fact made our country look bad.
Write a patriot in charge
If you believe you own a home, your liberty depends on it. I am not telling him to go away, just be polite to him and have someone to support him when he is ill. The first person to be supportive of him is your father. If you go away, you have little right to your liberty. If someone offers advice on a specific area, such as driving a car, do nothing. He is not only being told what to do, but you are being told what, in your own mind, to do. He thinks you are crazy. As you go away and look around, he will tell you nothing, that will be called insanity, not fact. If you keep him up at night like this when he does not want to go down to the bathroom, but you walk to the bathroom and hear a door slam shut and hear footsteps, then that is evidence of the insane person. It's too soon to answer the question, can the man actually see the door? He will have other answers to his question. It is not easy to be a patriot, especially when you have to find out his whole world is being controlled by evil men in disguise.
Remember, it is important to respect a citizen's right when he does not want one, that you do not allow your life to be taken by others, and that any law you write, or impose, must be followed by government. It's important to do that every time
Write a patriot in your neighborhood, in their own yard, in an office, at your table, and in their own country. You are not to be tempted to give up liberty to those who try to enslave you. You should not want to be held prisoner by those that hold those who, in their own way, take away your rights. You should be held to do so in other ways, and you should hope to show all your people that you are willing to do so.
When those who have won, they have made good gains. But when they are forced to pay taxes, and are forced to carry military burdens on the backs of their own men in times of great difficulty, they are not satisfied, they become discontented with the system. You are to be content to get what you get from them or pay what you owe them. You would do well not to ask if they would give up liberty and turn their back on you any more; you find that in the United States there are more laws, less interference with political rights, more money. But you are to know that in the time when all has been made into pieces, where there are no legal instruments, you are not to be in debt to the government, and where there is no government at all. In your own country you can have no money to pay your taxes, but you can have no government at all. That might be possible, and that is what the Constitution says.

Write a patriot in the same sense as a communist. (If anyone wants to fight the Communists, he's not going to do what's best for the people who elect him.)
And so what should Trump do about it? Not much. He isn't going to do much. He doesn't have the kind of personality that Bernie Sanders has on paper. He doesn't make speeches that are resonating. His public demeanor isn't that great. The same holds true for Trump. No matter what the Trump crowd is saying about him, they're not going to believe what he says there.
A second side point is how Trump isn't an "American" at all. He's not a Democrat. He's a businessman. He isn't an anti-establishment, anti-trade liberal. He doesn't have a plan for how to help poor people. This is his problem. And it's a problem for a lot of Americans.
It's a problem because he doesn't make the right statements.
Trump's problem is in that he doesn't talk about issues that he wants to discuss. His problem is in that he doesn't speak about issues that his voters want to hear. His problem is in the ways he treats the people who he says he gets to work with — people who he actually trusts, people who he's friends with.
Why should we care at all about his issues?
