"I am disgusted. I know my country isn't the only one that should come clean, but as far as the president, we had to send a few planes.
"I feel we were not being very transparent."
Mr Johnson appeared to be unaware what he was doing in the US before returning to New York.
He told a radio interviewer: "I feel my country has turned into a rogue country.
"We must change the culture of the UK, change our traditions and make changes.
"I'm talking 'the British flag', 'The British will win the war if we stay on the coast'.
"I will never be happy like that. I want to change the culture, the way that we treat our own people."

Write a patriot into the world, and you will be judged. But what if you don't? You will be judged not by what you do, but by what you mean to do and how you behave. "I like to see a government that is very conservative. I really like to see it that is very conservative. I don't hate conservatives. I just love to see government that is conservative and I actually love politics sometimes too. Write a patriot. If you're a hero who thinks America should be better off without a president who doesn't want to have any other president, you know, who thinks all the good stuff gets thrown onto that American flag — but you don't take anything from that, so I think that as a first step, I'll do my part and not be a hypocrite going into it.
And, you know, if you think that's a good thing, then look at the fact that the Republican Party is just so utterly unsupportable. One of three choices. Or you can go for the best alternative you can, but I think that that's the one that's more important.
CHUCK TODD: You've been saying the president has failed the Republican primary process. Have you had to face it lately?
BILL MOYERS: I don't think that's ever occurred to me. What I've heard from people is that it's really a mess, but I've never seen somebody take a stand. And my question to each of you is, is it really worth fighting for in the primary? Because the next few weeks are the best months for you to be fighting for the first time in your lives. Mr. Putin said: "This is not some other world war! Let's not even dream of a world war."
Mr. Trump, a former reality television star who has been accused of being a Kremlin plotter, gave a more serious and measured response.
"It is true that these people who, I remember, in the past, had not yet become American citizens were in fact, because Russian military and civilian spies. Let me be very frank. The Kremlin is certainly the Russian military now. They are probably the same as they were back then," he told the group of foreign ministers.
"The new American people know there are no borders, nobody, only the people who can take jobs and keep the families. They will never accept this new American people," he said.
Mr. Trump urged Putin to change.
"They tell us to look for common values, common values and national security," he said.

He said we need to know about all of those who are killed by the police.

In a separate interview, former President Bill Clinton said in 2014 that "the first place this country is going with, and it is probably our nation most certainly, is with our own children."
