Everyone knows that a revolution in physics occured with Max Planck’s insights into the quantum world over a century ago.

But did you know that 50 years before Planck’s revolutionary insights into the quantum of action, the great German scientist Wilhelm Weber, working with a network of great renaissance scientists like Carl F. Gauss, Bernard Riemann discovered the essential character of the quantum domain through studies into electromagnetism? The figure of Wilhelm Weber is one of the most important minds of the past several centuries whose work, method and discoveries have remained obscured and under-appreciated despite their world-altering implications.

In this Rising Tide Foundation lecture, professor Andre Assis (Professor of physics at the University of Campinas in Brazil) who is the world’s leading authority on Weber’s electrodynamics, discusses Ampere’s force between current elements and Weber’s electrodynamics. He has been working on these topics, together with Relational Mechanics and the implementation of Mach’s principle for 35 years.

A private invitation before the new year:

Happy Sunday,

I hope December has already begun with a sense of reflection and forward motion for you. As this year winds down, most people coast…but high achievers do the opposite.

They look ahead. They plan their next move. They choose how they want to lead in the year to come.

If 2026 is a year where you want even more clarity, stronger personal direction, and a sense of alignment between your outer success and your inner life, I have two paths that may serve you well:

The first is The Round Table.

This is a private circle of thoughtful high achievers who want deeper conversations, elevated relationships, and a consistent environment that supports powerful decisions. It is a council of peers who value personal growth just as highly as professional success.

We meet every week (virtually) and discuss mindset, philosophies, fulfillment, success, leadership strategy…current members are CEOs, physicians, lawyers, founders. A truly remarkable group.

Seats are limited and all members are highly vetted. You can apply by clicking here.

The second, is private work with me.

This is for someone who knows they are ready for deeper personal transformation and highly tailored support. We work directly together, privately and consistently, to create breakthroughs in clarity, leadership presence, relationships, identity, and purpose.

Both of these are built for those who want 2026 to be a year of true direction rather than scattered ambition and inconsistent results.

You've already built what most people said they wanted. The next chapter now requires a different kind of thinking, more intentional relationships, and a space where you can speak honestly about what matters most.

I only work with a few select people at a time so I can give all clients full and proper attention. You can apply by clicking here.

If you want to begin 2026 already at full throttle, here's your chance. I'll see you soon.

Your coach,

-James Michael Sama

What later became known as “the Crusades” were, in their own time, understood primarily as Frankish wars of expansion. The unified spiritual narrative of a “Crusade” was a later Western construction crafted to mobilize support and sanctify what were, at their core, deeply political conflicts.

And today, the same logic persists: expansionism and geopolitical influence continue to mobilize under the guise of “protecting the minorities,” repeating the old pattern of wrapping power in a moral halo.

Join us on Sunday December 7 at 2pm Eastern Time for a Rising Tide Foundation lecture delivered by journalist and historian Myrian Charabaty (who recently was featured in an RTF Beyond Geopolitics interview interview here) which will be followed by an interactive Q and A session.

Speaker Bio: Myriam is an Arab Christian political analyst and journalist specializing in Arab liberation, soft power, the colonization of Christian identity across the Arab world, and the role of Arab Christians as an integral part of the broader social fabric.

Stop Chasing Harmony: Create Alignment

Most people confuse peace with avoidance. They think keeping the waters calm is the same as steering the ship.

It isn't.

Harmony without alignment is a fragile illusion. It may look like calmness on the surface, but underneath it breeds resentment, fatigue, and quiet self-betrayal.

You don't build a peaceful life by appeasing everyone. You build it by anchoring yourself in what's true.

That's the difference between harmony and alignment.

Harmony chases the appearance of comfort.

Alignment creates the foundation for clarity.

Harmony avoids conflict.

Alignment faces it, but with composure.

Harmony says, "Don't rock the boat."

Alignment says, "Let's make sure this boat is headed somewhere worth going."

When you choose alignment over harmony, you start to make decisions that are not universally popular, but universally respected. People may disagree with you, but they won't mistake where you stand.

And that certainty is where real peace begins.

Because peace without integrity isn't peace.

It's quiet desperation.

To create alignment, you must learn to tolerate temporary discomfort in exchange for long-term improvement. You must have conversations that are awkward, moments that are tense, and seasons that are uncertain…because you are rebuilding your life around what's real.

When you live aligned with your principles, the noise fades. The people who belong stay. The ones who don't, drift. And what remains is cleaner, lighter, sharper.

Ask yourself often:

Am I being kind, or am I being compliant?
Am I avoiding conflict, or am I protecting my peace?
Am I honoring truth, or just maintaining comfort?

You'll find that peace doesn't come from getting everyone to agree with you.

It comes from no longer needing them to.

Stop chasing harmony.

Start creating alignment.

The former depends on others. The latter depends on you.

And that is where power (and peace) coexist.

-James Michael Sama
