A personal note as we step into the final month of the year.

Every December, I see two types of people. The ones who slow down and wait for January to rescue them, and the ones who use these last thirty-one days to create momentum that reshapes the entire year ahead.

The second group always wins.

Not because they are lucky, but because they choose to move with intention while everyone else is coasting.
