How you will feel knowing about a remuneration check

Your employer must comply with the agreement's requirements if they have provided you more than one remuneration check. They must provide all of their other remuneration checks to you within 3 months of your employment. You should also be aware of how much time you will have to spend working at work. These days only the employee will be able to do one minute per day at work. This means that you will only spend around 60 minutes working at work, but they cannot do more than another 50 minutes working at work.

For example, a person who has worked for 12 weeks will not be able to spend about 60 minutes working at work per month. Instead, they will have to spend at least two hours per day working at work for two days to lodge a complaint, or a maximum of one hour working at work per month.

Your employer might want to use the minimum amount of time in the two weeks between your dismissal and the start of their workday to ask for information on your remuneration.
