Here's how to make any affiliate link:
You'll see a message saying "Thank you for your interest we hope you'll join our blog in the future." Now try to keep your email in a small font and stick it on the right side of the page. Now click on another link.
The good news is there are many different types of links. The ones that you won't find are:
1) All the links are in the article that is in the Google Reader. 2) They appear every six hours, after 6:00 am. 3) They won't appear until 5:00 am. This is good enough for a small monthly or yearly blog.
