Where are you tolerating what you'd never advise someone else to accept?

Where are you asking for respect, rather than living in a way that commands it?

Then take one action…small but firm.

Say no without overexplaining.

Step back from something misaligned.

Stand taller when your first instinct is to shrink.

Because self-respect, when cultivated quietly and consistently, becomes its own kind of gravity.

It draws the right people closer.

And gently repels the wrong ones…without conflict, without explanation.

People can feel it.

Even before you speak.

And once you start living with it, you never go back.
